      Co-workers played a significant role in creating a positive and supportive work environment.

      Working here proved to be a challenging experience due to poor work-life balance and misleading compensation practices. The organization failed to prioritize the well-being of its employees and provided misleading information regarding the compensation they would receive. The demands placed on employees were excessive, leaving little time for personal and family commitments. The organizations seemed to prioritized productivity and profit over the well-being of its workforce, leading to high levels of stress and burnout.       Great leadership from our AVP and Director team in the North Area! Very communicative, always looking to help you make more money the right way. Focus is always aligned with your paychecks in mind and you are treated like a human that matters, not just a number like other typical larger retailers.
