Laid back environment Result based company so you can usually work from where ever you want. The management are nice unlike in some other companies Salaries are competitive

Cons

The work is a lot so work life balance is not so good Some of the projects can be a little boring Conference calls at odd times Developers are clearly the lowest ranked in this company

Compensation. Recently updated their Compensation Structure, that is very competitive in the marketplace. For the recent growth of the organization, it has remained relatively innovative, nimble, and fast-paced and open with communication.

Cons

It is becoming a larger organization, and with it comes growing pains: bureaucracy, slow to respond to market threats, bloated teams, cross-divisional tension.
