Pros

Good place to work and some chance to advance Reasonably competitive slaries Get to work directly with clients impacting their bottom line

Cons

Leadership has always been talking about a sale without any movement in that direction Very little support or respect from leadership You have to know the head honcho to advance quickly

Good pay but pros end there

Pros

Above average salaries for this type of assignment; work from home one day a week

Cons

65 hour work week is average; once you're burned out and no longer useful, they find reason to let you go.

Look out for new management

Pros

Casual Workplace, flexible hours, working remote opportunities and great employees. Pay is good and competitive. Location in Brookfield is good, no parking fees.

Cons

The company is management heavy. Offshore will replace you. Governor Scott Walker gave the company millions of dollars to "create jobs" in Wisconsin only to create jobs in the Ukraine, India and Costa Rica and terminating long term employees in Wisconsin that helped build the company. Be prepared to work early mornings, weekends and whenever you can log on to work and be available for offshore.
