I've seen several people being promoted to more senior in the year I've been working there who deserved it. Since we've left Experian, we seem to be working with a lot better technology and are even offered macs! The opportunity to work with big data and developing our own products is a big plus. Management decisions don't take as long as larger organizations.

The recent changes with our aquisition have been unsettling for some of our team. It will take time for this to settle.
