Overall great culture because of the people.

Cons

Lost some great leadership over the years after Scripps acquisition, and not as much of a "fun" place. "Old boys school" mentality.

Pros

The company is full of very talented engineers. They take software engineering very seriously and apply it with rigor, people in general are very nice. I think is one of the most professional java shops you can find in LA.

Cons

On their business model side, things are not as good. They could definitely leverage much of the data they have been acquiring through the years and the takeover of symphony hasnt helped much.

Free lunches and breakfast, nice people and workspace, good young talent.

Cons

Very poor communication between departments, high turnover rate, very little upward movement professionally, and pay is known to be less than comparable to competitors. Reactionary to what industry is doing rather than setting sights on getting ahead of the curve.
