Pros

Great benefits. Free lunch. Laid back. Great work-life balance. Friendly people.

Cons

Commute - had I known that I had a two hour round trip commute, I would not have taken the job. Lots of legacy code. Legacy hardware - I was given a four year old laptop - I'm a Java/J2EE engineer. My personal $650 laptop is like 8 times faster.

Pros

Free Lunch, Casual Attire, Free Soft Drinks

Cons

Lack of Vision in the upper management. Lots of Politics. With company bought by private equity with Indian connections lots of animosity in the senior level to Indian outsourcing leading to sabotaging good projects by teams in US. Highly inefficient product management group and a Scrum-but shop. No real agile drivers as they have no clue what it is and how it works. All development teams say they follow scrum, continuous deployment and continuous integration but pay only lip service. Shockingly technology leadership is promoting Date Driven Delivery. They operate like a sweatshop with no consideration for individuals. Product group has no vision except for milking the SEM cow. Better to stay away.
