When we were in the office there was always events and holiday stuff planned to keep employees entertained. I felt like HR really worked hard to make Connexity a fun place to work at.

Cons

While I loved getting free lunch brought to the office everyday, I felt like it encouraged myself and others to work through lunch

- Business is in a very strong position. Profit and revenue up year on year for the last several years running. Acquisition of Skimlinks has helped to grow the size of the pie. - Acquisition by Taboola another signal of strong business position - Great work culture, work life balance, reasonable people at all levels including management - Yearly salary adjustments - Flexible work from home/office setup, and an HR team that is generally very connected with employee satisfaction - Strong performers are recognized and compensated/promoted accordingly

Cons

- Integrating new team members as the company grows (Skimlinks, Taboola) is not always an easy task - Competing with the advertising giants (FB, Google, Amazon) is an ongoing challenge, as they continue to take up market share of the ad/ecomm space
