NO work culture at all. US office has all the power, IN office can only ask for work which they don't seem to get. Many people resigned lately because of no work. HR is a sucker! Take it! If you indeed get some work, you'll be expected to complete it that day itself. No time frame given at all. NO quality work. Usual bugfixes, very small enhancements, CSS changes here and there. Even if something new comes up, there are favourites standing in line, forget about your chance. NO team parties at all. Google the wikipedia about history of SZ overall and specifically the money section. You'll see where this company is headed.

Poor work, nothing new to learn, Job Insecurity, management is bias, any time employee can fire, long working hours, employees are diplomatic, management makes you fool with many promises, managers have less working knowledge never accomplish work on time. Director operation is very poor in English. No hearing of employees and all managers are friends. Beautiful female employees are preferred on senior position.No rewards for hardworking employee.
