There is so much nepotism and favoritism it's disgusting. HR was not interested in resolving any boys or clicky groups and fraternizing! They lied about my schedule!! I'm very careful when I look for a job that I don't work any nights and weekends because I'm a single parent. They promised that schedule and then after training ended they completely changed my schedule, they bait and switch they are employees in all kinds of ways. The dress code is laughable, no piercings or tattoos are allowed and you have to be in uniform which makes zero sense because it's a call center. Yes I worked in the call center… You know where customers can't see you? They loved to micromanage you and if you weren't the type of person to fall in line with their ridiculous demands and constant favoritism the rules only apply to some other people. It's absolutely DISGUSTING!
