Pros

Pay decent, benefits excellent for the area.

Cons

They don't care about you...they say they do but they don't. When there are issues, upper management will bury their heads or worse place blame. Then they will blackball you from leaving a department that is toxic.

Remote opportunity for many positions with Connexus

Cons

Very limited on pay increase based on performance. Was constantly praised for great work, wonderful scores, but very small rate adjustment. It was alarming and not expected. Hard to stay focused and thrive to push to achieve higher scores
