Pros

Started in a company that Connexus acquired. Since being acquired positives have occurred such as a 401K, potential for Revenue Sharing bonuses, policy standardization, etc. Ability to be semi-flexible up to flexible with schedule depending on role.

Cons

Been almost 4 years since I had a 1-on-1 with any of my 3 supervisors. Communication has been a problem from the get go with the original company and I see very little improvement in this area, mostly due to the fact that my supervisors and managers haven't changed in 5-6 years. Holidays are not paid off unless you want to use your PTO to do so.
