Toxic workplace - stay away!

Pros

The only good thing about this organization are the Americorps members that is aims (and mostly fails) to serve.

Cons

This not a healthy work environment. They talk a big game about DEI, but the reality is that there is rampant discrimination against volunteers and staff based on race and gender. The C level staff work harder on covering up harrassment claims and trying to make everyone be "positive" than they do on identifing and addressing the issues that are pervasive though this organization. The pay is terrible and the hiring process was misleading. The real job tasks often vary far from the job discription.
