Pros

Staff cares about the mission of getting young people outside and developing skills. Lots of likeminded staff interested in the environment. Offices in cool locations. Good health benefits and pretty decent PTO

Cons

Biggest con is poor compensation. Org is working on it, but still much lower than even other environmental non profits.

Pros

This is meant to be an educational opportunity and is treated as such

Cons

The compensation is low for a job that requires a college degree.

Pros

Great people, culture, training, and professional development opportunities.

Cons

They claim to pay their program coordinators a competitive wage but it is not even livable and I have seen other coordinator positions advertised that pay far better.
