Good company, low bonuses, low pay, no annual salary increase, lack of proper training

Pros

Company has good benefits, with great staff and good atmosphere.

Cons

Employees need more training opportunity including certs. Low pay compared to the current job market, with low bonuses and no yearly salary increases apart from the usual 1-3%. I do not see a path to career progression here unfortunately.
