- one of the largest companies in the industry - plenty of resources - plenty of talent in employees

Cons

- management does not adhere to work values (honesty, work ethic) - too much growth too fast - some executive managers will lose temper and patience in meetings - employees are afraid to speak up - high turnover - not a positive work environment

Fully Remote and a great place to start off in the eDiscovery world.

Cons

You overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. I left a law firm to work here and it was by far the WORST decision I’ve ever made in my career. Upper level management expects the PMs to bill 50 hrs a week (this was stated in management meetings). 90 percent of the people hate working there and are miserable everyday. Very few managers care. Too many meetings. The list goes on forever. I left for less money and better work life balance. I will never work there again.
