Average employee is skilled and driven, but thus far it has not translated into strong culture and business direction.

Cons

Very short-term thinking evident after a series of acquisitions. Communication from top-down is vague, infrequent, and many times did more harm than good. Turnover has been very high over the last year. In several parts of the business the most talented employees have left. It got to the point were some of the most important clients suffered from the organizations dysfunction.
