Pros

Smart and friendly working environment. Your voice is heard and acknowledged at Consilio. Everyone is treated equally and you are treated as your manager's peer, not their underling. Impressive growth in the last few years with the potential to continue growing. The CEO is a warm, friendly leader that engages his employees and regularly offers praise to those that are producing and excelling within their departments. Excellent benefits too!

Cons

Shared office space with reviews. There are usually 2 sides to the offices, 1 is used by review teams, and the other by full time employees.
