ramped up technology restrictions and layers of security quickly in the past year with little notice, sensitivity to needs, or buy-in, which can make day to day tasks miserable. compensation is below competitive rates.

Great local leadership, flexible hours, used to be a great place to work

Cons

Horrible, horrible response to Covid restrictions. Trying to cut pay from already near the bottom end of the salary range for similar jobs, changing pay structure from weekly to biweekly just when we need it the most. Very ineffective remote project leadership - little guidance and just getting yelled at 24/7 by a non-ABA non-barred graduate is demeaning.
