Very short-term thinking evident after a series of acquisitions. Communication from top-down is vague, infrequent, and many times did more harm than good. Turnover has been very high over the last year. In several parts of the business the most talented employees have left. It got to the point were some of the most important clients suffered from the organizations dysfunction.

1) Below market pay & no paid overtime 2) Onboarding simulation training absolute torture with Nazi-like trainers: two days of rushed "training" via PowerPoint. Then you're thrown into the deep end of the pool to swim or drown & told to do it 3) Training doesn't test/train tasks that fall under PM's remit where most tasks are delegated. Train to create tickets for delegated tasks would make more sense. 4) Convoluted work flow, not industry standard 5) The epitome of a an evil, greedy corporation that pretends to care about its employees when really ANY behavior is acceptable as long as it maximizes profits.
