There are none. They are the worst Doc Review Company.

Cons

Lowest pay in the market. Worsr working conditions, meanest supervisors, constantly finding ways to nickle and dime you to death oh and they are rude.

* Consilio works on some great cases which are challenging and rewarding from a sheer scope of accomplishment. * People who support you are driven and capable professionals.

Cons

* Consilio is extremely understaffed. Consilio bought Legility in late 2022. In the following year over 60% of the Legility PM staff left before the companies completed their merger as they did not want to work for Consilio. * The existing workflows and reporting tools are difficult to use. Entering tickets regularly takes more time than the task the tickets are asking to be completed. * Upper Management is trying to make numerous global changes within a calendar year which is taxing resources across the company. * Middle management is too busy trying to implement the broad new changes to assist staff as problems arise due to being short staffed.

1) Training does not touch half of what is truly expected of you 2) As one review said, treating itself as the Walmart of ediscovery 3) Not knowing when to tell a client “no” 4) The work life balance is non existent since you are constantly on call and made to be available all nights and weekends 5) Very above average workload for the salary
