The pay was great for the job assigned, most of the coworkers are friendly and easy to get along with. No micro-management from managers. Slow-paced work environment. Nice location!

Cons

A few coworkers like to gossip a lot and act like they are better than everyone else. This happens when managers do no take action when this is happening in front of their own eyes. I just do not understand why people have the need to put someone down just because they are no happy with their life or feel like someone is trying to take your job??? When in reality are trying to help you!!!

Good group of guys, supporting management, they have locations across the country, we are a peaker plant so we don't run all the time.

Cons

Work hours get bounced around, work schedule keeps getting changed, training can be better.
