      Worst atmosphere ever

      You get to watch Netflix when it's slow

      Cons

      The pay sucks. The atmosphere everyone curses at each other and at customers. I came in professional immediately had to change who I was since this was the most unprofessional atmosphere I witnessed. From the boss dying her hair in the office to workers watching Netflix all day. People are so unprofessional talking about politics and religion all day long. The way they curse at parents on the phone. Corrupt. A driver had 5 accidents and it's only October and he still has a job.

      Pros

      It’s just a few miles away Dispatcher is very professional-and responsive to inquiries. Salary is based on tenure. The schedule is flexible. You get to arrange your route for a better and speedy transportation-always have an open communication with the dispatching unit and the schools so everything could run smooth.

      Cons

      There are two unions-Local 854 and local 1181-but somehow the focus is on 1181.
