Good people, profit sharing and bonus model is really nice - available only to non-contract employees. Company match on 401k. Flexible and understanding of family time and needs.
Cons
Growth opportunity is limited. Job scope extremely ambiguous. Base pay is below average. Most new hires are contract employees that don't understand the nature of the business.
