      Great Company, Great People, Great Boss

      Pros

      This is a brilliantly ran company. The business model allows each General Manager decide on what market their branch would like to address. This allows them to be flexible, agile, and customizable for the local electricians in their area. Even though it is a chain of stores, they allow the manager to run it like a individual entrepreneur.

      Cons

      Not any really. It is not hard work but it is precise and skilled in knowing the electrical electricians' needs.

      Pros

      Fun environment, profit share based so you get a large bonus once a year depending on profits of last year.

      Cons

      Highly toxic financial environment. Any talk of salaries between employees is forbidden (even though it's illegal to prevent the open discussion of salaries), and discussing profit share amounts is grounds for firing. Many locations have a heavy nepotism presence, which makes is near impossible for non-family members to advance regardless of experience or skill.
