Pros

Positive team environment, everyone aligned to the same goal. At the PC level, almost everyone reports directly to the same person. This prevents petty squabbles regarding a hierarchy. Competitive base pay. Profit-sharing gives employees the opportunity to impact their own income. The 401k match is exceptional. Good benefits. Great work atmosphere. I value the culture that management continues to cultivate.

Cons

Some of the smaller PCs may not see the same benefits as larger PCs. However, this is where an employee's willingness to work hard and grow is rewarded!
