There was no outside sales training. I had to train myself.

Pros

We were called profit centers for a reason. I managed our location as though it was my own. Our employees all work together for the betterment of the profit Center. Profit sharing was a perfect tool to incentivize all of us.

Cons

You know after being there for 20 years. I really can't think of any Cons.
