Pros

CED has delivered on every expectation they set! The depth and intensity of the management training program shows the level of investment CED is able to put into its employees to prepare them with the tools and skills they need to lead a successful profit center.

Cons

Value of profit sharing ebbs and flows with market conditions, but is still a fair model based on each individual location's annual success.
