Pros
Helping people transition to sustainable energy by helping them get an awesome car or get them to install solar.
Cons
Corporate overcorrects and doesn't observe enough. Needs in-house HR representative. The worst part is that I worked hard for low pay because of stock sign-up incentives. They laid me off 10 days before they vested. I lost out on 20K and that is the only reason I stuck it out that long. Don't do it.
