      A lot of promises that rarely get delivered

      Pros

      They hire a lot of college grads with no experience which at least gets young professionals a glimpse of being a working professional.

      Cons

      The industry does not offer a lot of promise. A lot of time invested in bringing in accounts very little pay off even if successful. Not a scalable model for sales success especially in large, competitive markets.

      Training regimen and leadership lacks guidance and direction to employees. Bonuses for inside staff is arbitrary based on management approval.
