      Great company with room for improvement

      Pros

      Most team members made an effort to get to know new employees and assist when they could. Management did their best to provide learning opportunities. Upper management took time out of their busy schedules to offer advice and teach about future opportunities that are possible with CED.

      Cons

      Communication is often a struggle. Would like to see some attention be put towards bettering the use of inappropriate and sexist comments being made in the office and in front of customers.

      Pros

      Ability to learn a lot of different areas of the business. You really get to work on many different projects and jobs.

      Cons

      Once you are there, you are somewhat stuck. They are not a lot of opportunites to move up in the company.
