Pros

I was there for a short internship. While there, I was able to go to several different construction sites and I meet a lot of people. I was the only intern at both sites and each and every engineer took me under their wing and taught me something new and talked to me as an equal. If you are a good worker, they will find a way to put you where you want to go (a different location or different field) if they have the power to do so.

Cons

I didn't have much contact with HR but I can tell that HR is slow at responding.

With numerous M&A's, Upper Management have little to no direction and have also discriminated against minorities and women. The Transportation president lacks integrity and is generally criticized by other executive. The company on a whole lack depth -
