you have to learn everything empirically. There's no good communication between the office and the field and you never know whether or not you're going to get a raise.

I'm sorry you've been frustrated by not knowing what to expect with merit increases–I hear you. I’ve been with a couple firms in the last few years. Every firm is changing, especially in the last 5 years. There is proactive movement with the world changing.

As employees have continued to ask leadership for transparency, one of our goals for All-Staff and Regional Town Halls is to share wins and provide updates that impact our whole firm and your more local group, so while some information may feel high-level at times, we want all team members to know what's going on across regions and verticals. Additionally, more specific to your group, we'd encourage you to reach out to your region's financial director or your HR Partner with any suggestions on where and how we can improve things specific to your needs and experience.
