As a young company born from entrepreneurs it is exciting to see the vision and the drive to create a company that is best in class, placing their staff first and building a community of our own to serve our own communities. Dynamic, aggressive, forward looking, striving for best in class, and a companionate environment to work and grow are always I would describe Consor.

I've been with Consor 5 years and have been given awesome opportunities for advancement and specialization in my career as I expressed the desire. The growth the company has seen has opened up great opportunities to work on a variety of project types and move into roles more specific to my interests. My compensation and benefits have continued to grow, and my team and boss are amazing to work with.

Cons

Growth and change that happens quickly can be difficult to manage- i've seen a handful of people I enjoyed working with leave for something different.
