Pros

Incredibly nice people. Good work/life balance and benefits. Plenty of opportunities to teach back to the engineering org - All-Hands Meetings, "JavaScript" or other themed lunches, etc. Food trucks at the office!

Cons

Lots of struggles with code deployment. Seems like some technology and process is behind the times. Still unsure of company direction after acquisition in early 2016.

Pros

Culture, people, opportunities, talent. The best in the business with these things. We work hard and play harder. Management listens and makes changes when possible. Feels good going to work and making a difference in the lives of small businesses.

Cons

Occasionally, it feels like we are expected to do too much in our daily routine with how we interact with customers. But they treat us like Kings and Queens at the same time so how could I complain?
