      Pros

      Collaborative, supportive working environment where teams genuinely worked together to ensure the growth and success of the business. Leadership team is very down to earth and committed to individual contributors professional development. Employees work hard, but they are appreciated and the company ensures everyone feels it. Fun environment. Learned a lot in a short timespan.

      Cons

      Compensation was on the lower end. I took a pay cut to join, but gained a lot of experience.

      Lots of autonomy once you've proven yourself, direct ability to impact the future of the company since its a smaller company, FREE Azure trainings/certifications through our licensing with Microsoft, remote/hybrid work schedule available to some roles such a technical/IT roles, huge potential to design the data/IT infrastructure moving forward, great bonus percentages,

      Depending on job role, can be difficult to advance as there are may not be a defined career path already in place
