Ok Company within a great company
Pros
Constellation has outstanding benefits that rival some of the largest tech companies. You will be given based on your manager a ton of autonomy . The organization is a division of Exelon so the opportunities are boundless however trying to network into the other parts of the business can be a challenge. Constellation is a stand up company they strive to take care of their employees.
Cons
I would not recommend selling at Constellation unless you are given a book and a broker. Depending on your territory the broker market share can be 70% and the company will protect their broker relationship every day of the week do not mistake this. If you are a direct rep targeting a direct deal against a broker you will lose, the company caters to older reps who have a large book of business this is part of the reason why the turnover for newer reps is 95-98%.
