Pros

Constellation offers a competitive benefits package.

Cons

Constellation generally hires contractors for long-term assignments. Upon completion of their contract term, instrumental employees are rarely offered a permanent employment. This causes disruptions in the workflow process and also contributes to negativity in the workplace.

Cons

They can be picky, but what work place isn't? They can tend to blame you for things that are beyond your control
