      I have a vast area of opportunity, with an excellent potential for growth, in a commodities market for Gas and Electric, in northern Ohio.

      The down side is the longevity of this market and the development of new sources of energy being introduce in the market.

      Pros

      Very friendly and smart people to work with, a very good experience for someone that wants to get into the energy/commodity business and learn details of pricing contracts and being part of an active market participant. Better quality of life than most big cities.

      Cons

      being a utility company, Exelon is not a risk taker in energy markets.

      The managers were generally nice and made very few unreasonable demands on our time. Some managers were trying to make things better

      Sooooo bureaucratic! Every decision involved endless meetings and approvals from endless people from all over the company.
