Pros

There is none. Pay is acceptable.

Cons

The environment is really bad in Constellation Energy. You work on week end and late every day. Management does not care about work life balance. Think twice before you accept your offer letter. Do not just look at the salary as you will be disappointed. Management have even problem have people to accept offers as when you see how people work in company you will change your mind.

Good benefits, so-so management/co-workers

Pros

good benefits, opportunity to rotate within the company, big player in the retail energy sector

Cons

pay is below that of competitors, managers unwilling to promote and help people advance (though it's ok if you're willing to rotate to similar roles within), unwilling to hire new people as permanent employees (opt instead to hire people as contractors), upper management not engaged, low employee morale, kinda lazy culture

Pros

The Sales and Training Managers want you to succeed and be an Energy Expert so that not only can you sell but you can consult and be a liaison for companies. You are able to help companies and help to understand what is going on in the energy industry and provide solid information for the decision makers of the company. As a sales executive for Constellation you are able to provide options for owners so that they may make an informed decision about their business by choosing an energy supplier.

Cons

The quota is tough to reach some times; you can put the effort in and some times the deals just don't come. Hearing no or I'm not interested 45 to 50 times a day can be frustrating because unfortunately people have been inundated by energy reps who don't have integrity or the knowledge that Constellation employees do.
