      Pros

      Good teamwork across most of the business unit. The company was filled with smart people. The corporate headquarters were in a great location in the Inner Harbor.

      Cons

      Acquisition by Exelon killed the culture.

      Pros

      Good training when new products are brought on, decent upper management, direct management not so much!....they let you schedule your own leads, OK benefits, local leads

      Cons

      Direct managers change like underwear and have no background in the product at all. Company is so worried about what could have happen, they make drastic changes. It used to be a place where you felt comfortable with your job and will be there for ever. not so much!

      Pros

      The pay is very good and it's a safe environment.

      Cons

      They will grind you into the ground. It's all about what you can do for the company, and they tell you stuff like work life balance is important, and that there are opportunities for personal growth and learning opportunities, but again, it's only if that's what THEY want for you, you don't often get an opinion.
