      Pros

      Great family environment felt like everyone wanted you there they make sure you get the help you need great support system

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to sacrifice family time in order to get the jobs done occasional late hours at the job so making plans during the week isn't the best of ideas because you never know what job your walking into

      Pros

      Great people to work with on my team and other departments. Customers are the focus and BGE HOME does a great job of building a culture that focuses on the customer.

      Cons

      Growth was some what limited but I have heard there has been some high level management change that could be improving that situation. Some leaders that are no longer there have an unrealistic expectation of work/life balance but again, no longer there so hopefully that will improve.

      Constellation offers a competitive benefits package.

      Cons

      Constellation generally hires contractors for long-term assignments. Upon completion of their contract term, instrumental employees are rarely offered a permanent employment. This causes disruptions in the workflow process and also contributes to negativity in the workplace.
