Pros

-You can use vacation time as long as you ask in advance -Free candy at the front desk -Health fairs/incentives to join health related things/blood drives

Cons

-While it boasts merit based promotions/pay, this is not often the case -Many decisions are political and personal, and there is obvious favoritism that strongly sways decisions that should be made from an economical/practical/logistical perspective -Management is in disarray and no one seems to really know what they are doing -"Restructuring" happens so often that the worker doesn't even know what business unit of Constellation they work for -While they claim to care about their employees, the company ultimately cares more about the dollar than their workers -Poor communication within the company/business units

Pros

Overall good company with good benefits and systems in place.

Cons

Baltimore. infighting between departments. Lack of 360 degree reviews. White man's club. No training. Departments can operate in isolation and allow a dictator to flourish. This and the resulting turnover can go unnoticed or ignored as long as the department produces. Fairness is not a top priority and relationships matter very much.
