Good Money, Don't recommend it.

Pros

Good pay. Decent immediate coworkers to talk to.

Cons

Lets get one thing straight when working at a generating site. You are not a human, you are a robot. You will keep the plants operating at full functionality at all times. Your well-being and private life come second. You will work extreme hours and be expected to be perfect at all times. If you ever make a mistake, upper management will make sure you and everyone who knows you learns about it. Dissenting opinions are not allowed. This is already enough to not recommend any of the nuclear generating sites, however there is more. These sites are old, most have been operating for decades. The equipment inside these plants is failing at an increasing rate. The company WILL NOT use money to fix these components and instead expect the workers to compensate for these issues. They will buy the cheapest equipment possible and when it breaks you will pay for it. Constellation has no intention in making sure nuclear stays a viable energy source. They will run these plants until something major happens where they are unwilling to pay the money to fix it.
