      Commitment to safety and integrity is highest I’ve seen in an employer. I feel good about the work we do as a company and as an individual.

      Cons

      Incredibly tedious and slow processes that still rely heavily on administrative tasks.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. I am sure this depends a lot on which team you come into. I was lucky to have a great manager and awesome team always willing to help.

      Cons

      Outage schedule can be long. 12 hour shifts for 6 days of the week for about 2.5-3 weeks. Depending on the role, prepare for that. Other than that, no complaints. Also, there is a thing called "Engineering Duty" which you can get called on to assist during emergencies at any time. Does not happen often but something to be aware of.
