Pros

Work is fun, people on site are friendly and down to Earth, and the work we do is important. Invest in your employees and it makes the biggest positive difference.

Cons

Lots of turnover do to new company acquisitions and offsite corporate decisions. Very few new ideas due to stagnation and lack of funding.
