They are not hiring people to service all the new contracts and employees are leaving out of sheer exhaustion.

Decent pay, hours are some what decent depending on the site.

Cons

You have to go through a firearms course in upper Marlboro, MD taught by a bunch of clowns that think they are gods gift to shooting. They will try and talk down to you; they will correct you even when you aren’t making any mistakes. They are jokes, if your reading this and you are one just know everyone knows you are a joke as well. You aren’t an expert you are a washed up loser with an inflated ego.

Pros

Money and some of the employee’s make it bearable.

Cons

Understaffed, bad shifts, lacking leadership, vacations get canceled because of staffing. Leadership has done nothing to hire new employees and expect current employees to bail them out. Terrible benefits as well.
