One of the major advantages of working for this company is the high pay it offers. Even with minimal educational qualifications, this job stands out as one of the highest paying options for individuals who possess only a high school diploma.

Cons

One drawback worth mentioning is the management team. They are primarily composed of retired military personnel who tend to apply a strict, hierarchical approach to running the project. Consequently, there might be limited growth opportunities within the organization as promotions are tightly controlled by these gatekeepers. In many cases, managerial positions often cap out at the level of Shift Leaders.

Federal protective security officer

Pros

Lots of overtime if you want it and a good way to get a secret clearance. It's also a good way to get work experience that would make you eligible to work in a Federal police capacity.

Cons

Management sucks, work environment is horrible, government employees don't respect the officers. It feels like you're working with hoodlums on post with firearms on their hips.
