Cons

Unreasonable metrics when they didn't even have cases to support the metrics. You could be a great employee, but they will let you go.

Many years of stable work, considering it's a contracting company.

Cons

Employees feel no support, always felt bad about taking time off, never appreciated, reductions in force laid off many people with no sense of loyalty.
