Excellent Recruiting Experience, Not so Good Training

Pros

Great people, recruiting people are responsive and informative. Once hired, the managers and co-workers are helpful ad friendly. Office is great.

Cons

Training is catch as catch can. Nothing formal in corporate. Onboarding is "Death by PowerPoint" for 6 hours and then you are on your own with assigned work, little guidance because everyone is overworked. They are willing to help - for 10 mintues.
