Some of employees are good people

Cons

Lowest pay in industry, funds cut, firing ranges broken, unethical slides to make money, violations of laws broken and unpunished. Treat their employees like garbage, telling others if you don’t like it there’s the door. Train cops etc to only a minimal standard and not give true life saving techniques. STAY AWAY!

I Honestly cannot think of any

I worked there briefly and found the BD group to be a big mess and very unprofessional. They won’t hire anyone that does not conform and won’t listen to any suggestions for improvement/change. They won’t give anyone a chance or allow to ramp up. If you are considering a job there I don’t recommend it. The leadership is terrible.
